Mario Frick joined our law firm as a partner in 2002. He advises on a wide range of legal areas and regularly publishes articles in legal journals. His focal areas are financial market law (among other things, banks, insurance companies, UCITS, AIF) and asset protection. Providing advice to corporate clients is another important part of his work.
Before he acted as the Prime Minister of the Principality of Liechtenstein from 1993 until 2001, Mario Frick worked in the Government's legal service. From 2001, he was in the trust business. In 2008, he became the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bank Frick & Co. AG. Mario Frick is committed to various charitable institutions.

Christine Reiff has been an associate with Advocatur Seeger Frick & Partner since 2007. She advises on a wide range of legal areas, in particular civil and administrative law.
Between October 2019 and June 2021, she was the Vice-President of the Appeals Commission for Administrative Matters (VBK); she has been the Commission's President since June 2021. The VBK is the second instance in administrative matters.

Nicolas Reithner joined our law firm as a partner in 2013. He regularly takes on very complex domestic and international civil and commercial criminal case, litigation, and arbitration proceedings.
Nicolas Reithner has taken the bar exam both in Liechtenstein and in Austria and is qualified as a solicitor of England and Wales. Holding a second degree in business economics and the comprehensive trustee's exam, he is also admitted as an asset manager, tax consultant and certified accountant. Since the establishment of the Liechtenstein Chamber of Notaries in 2021, he has been its president as well as a notary.

Hannes Mähr was a founding partner of a law firm in 2001 and has been working in close cooperation with Seeger, Frick & Partner since 2013 as an independent lawyer. He is admitted as a lawyer, trustee, and notary in Liechtenstein and holds the qualification as a lawyer in Austria.
Hannes Mähr advises various local enterprises and specialises in banking and liability law proceedings. Another focus of his activities is on capital market law. He accompanied a bank and several e-money institutions during their licensing procedure. In addition, he has experience in the restructuring and liquidation of banks.
